Available strengths: <strong>10 \/ 25 \/ 100 mg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Thioridazine is a piperidine phenothiazine. <strong>It carries an FDA black-box warning for fatal QT prolongation and torsades de pointes<\/strong> and is now reserved as a last-resort second-line antipsychotic \u2014 it was withdrawn or restricted in many jurisdictions in 2000\u20132005.
