Annual review with calprotectin \/ endoscopy as appropriate. Pregnancy: most 5-ASAs and sulfasalazine are continued through pregnancy; folic acid supplementation needed for sulfasalazine. Methotrexate and many biologics carry pregnancy restrictions.
