Lacoma-T Eye Drops is a fixed-dose combination eye drop manufactured by Sun Pharma, containing latanoprost 0.005% and timolol maleate 0.5% in a 2.5 mL bottle. The two ingredients target both sides of the IOP equation \u2014 outflow (latanoprost) and production (timolol) \u2014 for once-daily 30\u201335% IOP reduction.<\/p>\n

Latanoprost increases uveoscleral outflow via FP-receptor activation; timolol reduces aqueous production through ciliary epithelium beta-blockade. The mechanisms are complementary, making the combination roughly equivalent to taking the two drugs separately at the right intervals.<\/p>\n
