4. Shipping and Delivery

Use of pseudonyms or false recipient details
We do not offer refunds or reshipments for such cases. However, we may offer a one-time 30% discount on a future order as a goodwill gesture.
Tracking Responsibility
Once a tracking number is provided, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment. While MedsBase may assist with tracking support at our sole discretion, we are under no obligation to do so.
Customs and International Shipping
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance, regulations, and import duties. These are the customer’s responsibility. MedsBase is not liable for orders lost or seized by customs. However, we offer a one-time free reshipment under our Re-Shipping Policy, available here:

Lost or seized parcels
Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Failed deliveries due to recipient name issues
Reshipments
We offer one free reshipment in eligible cases under the terms of our Re-Shipment Assurance Policy.
Store Credit Refunds
In special cases and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund in the form of a discount coupon for the order amount minus shipping costs. This coupon can be applied to a future purchase on MedsBase.com.
