If, for any reason, your products don’t clear customs, we offer a one-time free re-shipment of the same products. This is our commitment to ensure you receive what you ordered, without any additional burden on your part. 🌍

For European orders, we use Belgian Post (Bpost) 🇧🇪 to ensure reliable delivery.

It’s important to note that this one-time free reshipment to the United States 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, Australia 🇦🇺, and New Zealand 🇳🇿 applies only if the customer chooses the EMS or ITPS shipping option. This is because RMS parcels are not tracked once they arrive in these countries, so we cannot verify whether the shipment was delivered, lost, or seized.

Customers shipping to the United States 🇺🇸, Canada 🇨🇦, Australia 🇦🇺, and New Zealand 🇳🇿 must select the ITPS or EMS shipping option to qualify for a free reshipment. These methods are fully trackable, allowing us to ensure your parcel’s delivery and resolve any issues efficiently.

📌 Important: To ensure a successful delivery to your doorstep, please provide your real full name and surname, along with your correct address when placing an order. If using a friend’s or family member’s address, make sure to use their real name and address.

2. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us. Please note that tracking numbers typically take 3-4 days to become active in the system and start displaying results.

We recommend using 17Track as the primary tracking tool, as it provides reliable updates on your parcel’s status. However, ParcelsApp sometimes offers more up-to-date tracking information. If using ParcelsApp, please do not use a VPN while accessing the site, as it can trigger security alerts, potentially leading to your parcel being flagged for inspection. In contrast, 17Track can be used with a VPN without any issues.

3. Additional Address Recommendation:

To further increase the success rate of re-shipments, we recommend our valued customers provide an alternative or additional delivery address for the second shipment. This can mitigate potential issues faced during the first delivery attempt and enhance the likelihood of a successful delivery.

4. Delivery Time:

To adhere to these regulations and protect both our customers and payment partners, we use a secure and discreet payment method. As a result, the charge on your credit card statement will appear under a generic descriptor, rather than the actual medication name.
