What Is Duphaston?
Duphaston is a branded generic of dydrogesterone, a stereoisomer of natural progesterone. Its molecular structure gives it highly selective progesterone receptor activity — without the androgenic, estrogenic, anti-mineralocorticoid, or glucocorticoid effects of other progestins.
