Who Is Selgin For?
Selgin is appropriate for adults with Parkinson disease — either as initial monotherapy in early disease (when symptoms are mild and the patient is reluctant to start levodopa) or as adjunct to levodopa in patients with end-of-dose “wearing-off”.
