Indicații

• Flatulence and bloating
• Mild post-prandial fullness
• Eructation (belching)

When this is NOT the right product

• Persistent reflux symptoms (use a PPI such as Omez)
• Severe vomiting (use prochlorperazine, metoclopramide, or ondansetron)
• Confirmed peptic ulcer disease (use PPI + H. pylori eradication if appropriate)
• Suspected gallstones, pancreatitis, or alarm-symptom dyspepsia (needs investigation)

Doza

Adults: 1–2 tablets after meals, or as needed for symptoms. Children > 12 years: 1 tablet after meals. Chew or swallow with water. Continue for as long as symptoms persist; if no relief in 1–2 weeks, reassess with a healthcare professional.

Is this a real medicine?

Can I take it instead of my prescription?

No. If you have been prescribed a PPI, prokinetic, antibiotic, immunosuppressant, or hepatology drug, continue it. Discuss adding herbal therapy with the prescriber.

Will it interact with my other medications?

Tell every prescriber and pharmacist about herbal supplements. Particularly important with warfarin, antiepileptics, immunosuppressants, and chemotherapy.

Is it safe in pregnancy?

How long should I take it?

What about herb-induced liver injury?

Some traditional Ayurvedic preparations have been linked to liver injury in international registries, often through contamination (heavy metals, undisclosed allopathic ingredients, or other adulterants). Buy from regulated manufacturers; report new jaundice, dark urine, fatigue, or right-upper-quadrant pain promptly.

Is it vegetarian / halal / kosher?

Most Himalaya botanical products are vegetarian. Confirm the specific certification on the pack if relevant.

How is it different from conventional medication?

It is intended as supportive or symptomatic therapy, not as a disease-modifying or guideline-led intervention. Use alongside, not instead of, evidence-based prescriptions.
