What Is Biciphage 1000 SR?

Biciphage 1000 SR is an oral antidiabetic medicine containing metformin hydrochloride (1000 mg SR), manufactured by WHO-GMP certified manufacturer. Sustained-release (SR) formulation — releases metformin gradually over 8–10 hours, reducing GI side effects and allowing once-daily dosing.
