At MedsBase, every order is backed by our Reshipment Assurance Policy. If your parcel is lost in transit and doesn’t arrive, we’ll reship it free of charge. This page sets out exactly how it works, what’s covered, and the few situations where it doesn’t apply — in plain language, no buried fine print.

1. What’s covered — every order, every time

Our Reshipment Assurance Policy applies to every order you place with MedsBase. Place ten orders, and ten separate reshipment guarantees apply — one per order, never expiring after your first.

  • All product categories are covered, including peptides.
  • Reshipment goes to your original delivery address, or to any alternative address you provide — a friend, a family member, a trusted contact, even in a different country.
  • One free reshipment per order. The standard remedy is reshipment, not refund (see Section 5).

2. When you can claim

If your parcel hasn’t arrived 20 business days after dispatch, contact us and we’ll arrange a free reshipment. Most orders arrive in 12–20 business days; some destinations occasionally take longer due to local customs handling.

3. What’s not covered

The policy covers carrier-side and customs-side delivery failures. It does not cover failures caused by the customer:

  • Wrong, incomplete, or fake delivery address provided at checkout.
  • Address typos, missing apartment numbers, outdated addresses.
  • Refusal to accept the parcel.
  • Failure to collect a parcel held at a local pickup point or post office within the carrier’s holding window.
  • Address changes requested after dispatch.

If a delivery fails for any of the reasons above, we may — as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion — offer a 30% discount on a future order. Please double-check your full name and address at checkout. If you’re shipping to a friend or family member, use their real name on the address, not yours.

4. Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship from multiple warehouses, depending on the product and your destination. Medications and peptides ship separately, from different facilities.

EMS (Express Mail Service) and ITPS — both fully tracked, both eligible for the Reshipment Assurance Policy.

💶 A note on European pricing. The prices shown across our website are our base international prices. When you select a delivery address in continental Europe, the cost of some products in your cart may rise at checkout — before you pay. This is because European orders ship from our EU warehouse, which carries extra costs we don’t have on other routes: import duties and customs clearance on the medicines we bring into Europe, local taxes, wages for our EU warehouse staff, and regulated EU storage, handling and local delivery. The adjustment is applied per product (so it depends on what you order, and a few ranges stay at the same price), and your full destination price is always shown in the cart and at checkout before payment. This affects European deliveries only — orders to the UK, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the Middle East are charged the base website prices.

🧪 Peptide warehouse — worldwide

All peptide products (including BAC water / bacteriostatic water) ship from a separate, dedicated warehouse, independent of our medication warehouses. Because peptides require their own cold-chain-friendly courier route, they carry a single flat shipping charge rather than being included in standard medication shipping.

  • $50 USD flat peptide shipping fee — applied once per order whenever any item from the Peptides category is in your cart, regardless of quantity or peptide mix.
  • Peptide-only orders: the $50 peptide shipping fee is the only shipping charge — no separate medication shipping is added on top.
  • Mixed orders (peptides + medications): the $50 peptide shipping fee covers the peptide parcel; standard medication shipping applies separately to the medication parcel, which is dispatched from a different warehouse.
  • Peptide parcels are covered by the same Reshipment Assurance Policy as the rest of the catalogue (see Sections 1–3 above).

📦 Bulk orders auto-split

For high-quantity orders (e.g. 500 tablets), we automatically split the shipment into smaller parcels (e.g. 300 tablets per parcel) spaced 3–5 days apart. This avoids customs flags and improves overall delivery success.

5. Refunds and store credit

Our standard remedy for an undelivered parcel is reshipment. We do not offer money-back as a default option.

In some cases — at MedsBase’s sole discretion — we may instead offer a store credit refund (order amount minus shipping) usable on a future order. In rare cases, we may offer a cash refund. MedsBase reserves the right to decline a refund request in favour of reshipment.

6. Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking number by email after dispatch. It can take 3–4 business days for the tracking to begin updating. We recommend 17track.net as the primary tool, with parcelsapp.com as a secondary option (avoid VPN/Tor when checking on ParcelsApp — it can occasionally flag your shipment for inspection).

Tracking is the customer’s responsibility. We can assist if a parcel appears stuck, but we don’t actively monitor every shipment.

7. Mail forwarding for strict-customs countries

If your country has unusually strict import rules, you can use a UK-based mail forwarder such as SkyPax.com. They give you a UK address with a unique suite number — use that as your shipping address at checkout, and SkyPax forwards the parcel onward to you. Be sure to share your SkyPax suite number with us.

8. Tips for a successful reshipment

If your first parcel didn’t arrive, providing an alternative delivery address for the reshipment significantly increases success — a different post office, a friend’s or family member’s address, or even a different country. We’ll happily reship to wherever you specify.
