What is Dicaris Adults Tablet?

Dicaris Adults Tablet περιέχει levamisole 150 mg from Janssen. Originally developed as a veterinary anthelmintic, levamisole was widely used in human medicine for ascariasis from the 1960s until albendazole and mebendazole displaced it as first-line. It retains an important second indication: immunomodulation in childhood nephrotic syndrome, where it reduces relapse frequency in steroid-dependent disease and lets clinicians reduce cumulative steroid dose.
