What is Dorzox Eye Drop?

Dorzox Eye Drop is manufactured by Cipla and contains Dorzolamide HCl 2% as a sterile ophthalmic clear solution. It is a topical carbonic anhydrase inhibitor used to lower IOP in glaucoma. Dorzolamide is a clear solution. Some patients report a transient bitter taste from drainage into the throat, and mild stinging from the acidic pH (pH 5.6).

Systemisch: headache, fatigue (rare), kidney stones (very rare with topical use, in contrast to oral acetazolamide).
